Refund policy

At Seven Treasures, all press-on nails are handcrafted and custom-made based on the measurements provided by each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors, change of mind, or personal preferences.

However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The item received does not match the order

To be eligible, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo evidence. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
