❓ What makes Seven Treasures nails different?  
Each set is 100% handcrafted with artistic detailing. Unlike mass-produced press-ons, every piece is made to order with precision, care, and a luxury finish.

❓ How do I know my size?  
Please refer to our Size Guide or measure the widest part of your natural nail using a soft tape. For repeat customers, we recommend creating a personal size template.

❓ Can I reuse the nails?  
Yes. With proper care, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times and typically last for months.

❓ Are press-on nails safe for natural nails?  
Yes. Our nails can be applied without damage when used and removed properly. No filing or UV lamp required.

❓ How long does production take?  
Each set is made to order and typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on design complexity.  
Each piece is carefully crafted just for you.

❓ Can I return or exchange my order?  
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.  
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 3–7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you promptly.
