At Seven Treasures, each set is handcrafted and made to order based on your selected size and preferences.  
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a quality-related issue.

Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Accuracy  
Please ensure your nail sizes and selections are correct before checkout.  
If you are unsure, feel free to contact us — we are happy to assist.  
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

Returns & Refunds (Eligible Cases)  
We only offer replacements or refunds if:  
• The item arrives damaged  
• The item is incorrect (wrong design or size due to our error)  
• There is a clear craftsmanship issue  

To request a resolution, please contact us within 3–7 days of delivery with:  
• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the item and issue  
• A brief explanation  

We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Eligible Cases  
We do not accept returns or refunds for:  
• Incorrect size provided by the customer  
• Change of mind or personal preference  
• Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences  
• Natural variations in handmade products  

Return Shipping  
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions.  
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
