❓What makes Seven Treasures nails different?
Our nails are 100% handcrafted with artistic detailing. Unlike mass-produced press-ons, each set is made to order with care, creativity, and precision.
❓How do I know my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide or use a soft measuring tape to measure the widest part of your natural nail. For frequent buyers, we recommend creating a nail template for future use.
❓Can I reuse the nails?
Yes! With proper care and storage, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times — usually lasting 3 to 6 months or more.
❓Are press-on nails safe for my real nails?
Absolutely. We use high-quality gel adhesive tabs or glue that do not damage your natural nails when used and removed properly. No filing, no UV lamp, no harm.
❓How do I remove them?
Soak your nails in warm water for a few minutes, then gently lift them off using a wooden stick. Never force peel to avoid damage.

❓How long does production take?
Each set is handmade to order. Depending on design complexity and volume, production may take 7 to 30 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation before we begin.
❓Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all nails are custom-made to fit your size and preferences, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue. Please ensure your measurements are accurate.
